Vachika provides an AI-powered chatbot service that can be embedded on websites to interact with visitors. The service includes features such as automated responses, admin takeover capabilities, customization options, and analytics.
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected subscription plan. Fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as applicable.
All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees due. You are responsible for providing valid payment information.
Unless you cancel your subscription, it will automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You authorize us to charge the renewal fee to your payment method on file.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
